Rachel Correa is a lab technician by trade, mother by nature and a part time sling maker. She is passionately involved in the New Zealand Homebirth network and along with her children, is an avid part of a Playcentre co-operative. Wife to Scott and Mother to Stella, Aléjandro, Miguel & Níco, Rachel’s hope is that all women will be raised with empowering beliefs around fertility, pregnancy, birth, mothering and death.  Through the stillbirth of her first child at home, the reflection that continues and her global connection to other like families, Rachel has an openly strong testimony to instinctive and uninterrupted death processes.  She has welcomed the healing opportunities that have come for herself and other through the sharing of her experience at New Zealand, Australian and American Birth Conferences.
