Sarah J. The TARA Approach blends Eastern and Western approaches to both prevent and treat overwhelming shock, including prenatal, perinatal and birth shock. Stephanie is the mother of two daughters, both born at home, and a grandmother. Her first home birth journey was published by Random House in 1977 as TWO BIRTHS.
